Crypto.com Cookie Tracking Privacy Class Action

Jose Ortiz and Javier Hernandez alleged that Foris DAX, which operates the Crypto.com platform, continued third-party tracking after visitors selected “Disable All” on the cookie consent banner, allegedly violating privacy laws including the California Invasion of Privacy Act. The proposed class action was dismissed on October 7, 2026, after the court ruled that the plaintiffs had not shown a concrete injury sufficient for Article III standing.
