Individuals whose personal information Labcorp transmitted to Retrieval-Masters Creditors Bureau, d/b/a American Medical Collection Agency (AMCA), and whose data was stored on AMCA systems compromised during the data breach between approximately August 2018 and March 2019.

- Class members were required to complete and submit a valid claim form online via the settlement portal or mail a completed paper claim form to the settlement administrator by the deadline.
- Payout
- Class members could claim reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses up to $5,000 (including up to 10 hours of lost time at $25 per hour) or an estimated $50 alternative cash payment. Cash payments are subject to pro rata adjustment. Settlement class members are also eligible for two years of medical and healthcare identity protection/monitoring services.
