Flo Menstrual Tracking App Data Privacy Class Action
Users who used the Flo menstrual cycle tracking app from November 1, 2016, through February 28, 2019, sued Flo, Flurry, Google, and Meta, alleging that private health data was shared or sold for analytics and advertising despite privacy assurances. Flo, Flurry, and Google agreed to a $59.5 million settlement after the case proceeded to trial, subject to final approval; Meta was found liable in August 2025, and eligible individuals are to be contacted later regarding that verdict.
