Users of the Flo fertility tracking app alleged that Flo shared private health data with Google despite promising not to do so, including for targeted advertising. Flo and Google agreed to a preliminary class-action settlement, which remains subject to court approval at a hearing scheduled for October 29.

How to participate
Flo and Google settlement claim process
Individuals who used the Flo App in the United States between November 1, 2016, and February 28, 2019, and entered menstruation and/or pregnancy information into the Flo App during that time. California Subclass members additionally resided in California and used the app in California during the same period.

- Complete and submit a valid Claim Form online at the official settlement administrator website by 11:59 p.m. PT on October 15, 2026, or download, print, and mail the Claim Form postmarked no later than October 15, 2026.
- Payout
- Payments are distributed on a pro-rata basis depending on the total number of valid claims submitted. Members of the California Subclass receive double (twice) the pro-rata payment amount allocated to non-California nationwide class members.
