Xfinity Data Breach Settlement Claim
Customers who received a breach notification from Comcast are automatically included in the settlement class. The settlement concerns the 2023 cyberattack and resulting exposure of customer information.
Submit a claim for documented out-of-pocket losses, lost time, or the alternative cash payment. A unique Class Member ID is required and was sent by email or can be looked up online. Customers who do nothing remain in the settlement class but will not receive a cash payment.
