Patients who logged into Northwell's FollowMyHealth patient portal or booked an appointment on Northwell's website between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2023, were eligible for a $15 payment and 12 months of privacy monitoring. Other Northwell patients between January 1, 2020, and July 25, 2024, were eligible for 12 months of privacy monitoring but no payment.
