California residents who logged into their own Sutter Health MyHealthOnline portal account for purposes relating to their own healthcare between June 10, 2015, and March 20, 2020, subject to the settlement’s exclusions, were eligible to participate.
The claim-filing deadline passed on May 5, 2026, so new claims are no longer accepted. Eligible claimants who previously submitted an approved claim may follow the settlement administrator’s payment instructions; digital payments are available to claim through October 4, 2026.
