Generally, individuals may be class members if, between 2016-07-01 and 2024-09-23, they had Google Web & App Activity and/or supplemental Web & App Activity turned off or paused, while activity on a non-Google mobile app was transmitted to Google through the Firebase SDK and/or Google Mobile Ads SDK. Separate class rules apply to Android and non-Android devices, and Enterprise or supervised accounts under age 13 are excluded from certain claims.
