United States residents who received notice that their personally identifiable information may have been involved in AIS InfoSource's February 2025 data incident, including people who received prior incident notice, may be Settlement Class Members. Certain entities and persons—including AIS-related parties, governmental entities, people who validly opted out, and persons found criminally responsible for the incident—are excluded.

Submit the online claim form using the LoginID and PIN from the mailed notice, or download and submit a claim form by email or U.S. mail to AIS Data Incident Settlement, c/o Settlement Administrator, P.O. Box 25226, Santa Ana, CA 92799-9958. Online and email claims are due by 2026-10-12; mailed claims must be postmarked by that date.
