Waterview Heights Worker Notice Class Action

Former Waterview Heights Rehabilitation and Nursing Center employees filed a federal class-action lawsuit against the facility's operators, alleging that more than 200 workers were laid off without the advance notice required under federal and New York WARN laws before the nursing home's closure. The suit was filed on September 21, 2026, and summonses were issued to the defendants; the allegations have not been proven in court.
