Individuals or entities that indirectly purchased qualifying raw pork bacon or specified raw fresh or frozen pork products for personal consumption between 2014-06-28 and 2018-06-30 in Arizona, California, Washington, D.C., Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, or West Virginia may qualify. Organic, no-antibiotics-ever, and non-bacon pork that is marinated, seasoned, flavored, or breaded is excluded.

Submit a valid claim online through the official settlement website or mail the claim form to Consumer Indirect Pork Litigation, c/o Settlement Administrator, P.O. Box 4000, Portland, OR 97208-4000. Mailed claims must be postmarked by 2026-10-29.
