Brian Flores and two other Black coaches allege that the National Football League systematically discriminated against Black coaches in hiring and promotion. The Second Circuit allowed the claims to proceed in court rather than arbitration, and the Supreme Court declined to hear the NFL's appeal; the litigation is ongoing and headed toward trial.
