Generally, persons or entities who directly invested, deposited, or otherwise acquired assets in BlockFi Interest-Bearing Accounts—including BlockFi Interest Accounts, BlockFi Private Yield, or BlockFi Private Client accounts—between 2019-01-01 and 2022-11-28, inclusive, and were injured thereby. Certain defendants, their related persons and entities, valid opt-outs, and persons without compensable damages are excluded.

The Claims Administrator reviews BlockFi’s records and allowed claims from the BlockFi Chapter 11 proceedings to determine eligibility and the pro rata distribution.
