Dollar General settlement claim
Consumers in the United States who paid more for items than the advertised price label while shopping in Dollar General stores between October 10, 2016, and November 19, 2025, could file a claim. Up to two overcharge claims were allowed per household.
Claims could be filed online with or without a notice ID. Eligible customers were to receive either $10 or the amount of the overcharge. Some consumers could also receive a $3 in-store discount on the first $10 of a purchase of at least $10 before tax.
