Former Ohio State University student athletes allege that university physician Richard Strauss sexually abused them and that the university failed to prevent or adequately respond to the abuse. The class action is ongoing; the Ohio attorney general has moved to dismiss claims by 77 plaintiffs as untimely, including claims concerning alleged abuse before October 21, 1986.
