A consumer generally must have been a U.S. Amazon Prime customer who enrolled through a challenged enrollment flow or unsuccessfully tried to cancel online between 2019-06-23 and 2025-06-23, and must have used no more than 20 Prime Benefits during any 12-month period after enrollment.

Eligible U.S. Prime customers affected by the challenged enrollment or cancellation practices receive automatic refunds of Prime subscription fees. Payments may be made by mailed check, PayPal, or Venmo. The original payment cap was $51 per eligible customer; revised payments can bring an eligible customer's total payment to a maximum of $200. No claim form or other action is required under the revised process.
