Quebec Securities Class Action Against Gildan

Investors filed an application in the Superior Court of Quebec seeking authorization for a class action alleging that Gildan and its executives issued false or misleading information, or failed to disclose material information, about the company’s financial condition and revenue. The proposed class includes certain investors who acquired Gildan securities between July 31, 2025 and June 15, 2026; the matter is currently at the authorization stage.
