Policyholders’ Disclosure and Investment Direction Class Action

Ira Rosner filed a putative class-action lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Miami against Delaware Life Insurance, Clear Spring Life and Annuity, TWG Global Holdings, Guggenheim Partners, and Mark Walter. The complaint alleges that the defendants failed to disclose a federal investigation while directing policyholders’ money into businesses connected to Walter, asserting negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, and aiding and abetting fraud; the matter is at the filing stage.
