Individuals and entities that purchased or leased an eligible Toyota internal-combustion forklift in the United States on or before January 20, 2026 may qualify. Eligibility depends on the forklift’s engine, model, emissions-certification year, and serial number. Covered engine families include specified 4Y, 1FS, 1KD, and 1ZS forklifts.
Submit the official Settlement Claim Form online through the settlement administrator’s claim portal or download and mail the form to the Settlement Administrator. Claims must be submitted electronically or postmarked by September 23, 2026. To seek a Service Plan visit, contact an authorized Toyota Material Handling dealer and provide the forklift’s model and serial number.
