Jersey City Municipal Employees Overtime Class Action

Jersey City municipal employees James Carroll and Luis Pacheco filed a putative class action alleging that the city failed to pay overtime compensation to members of the Jersey City Management Association who worked more than 40 hours per week from June 25, 2019, through the present.
