Individuals who received an artificial or prerecorded voice call from Concora Credit between May 2, 2021, and May 31, 2026, were not Concora account holders, and received the call on a cell phone without prior express consent may be included.

Submit an online claim form by October 19, 2026, or complete and return the claim form received with the settlement notice. Individuals who did not receive a notice and claim form may request one from the settlement administrator. Proof of receiving a qualifying call is required.
