Generac PWRcell SnapRS Settlement
U.S.-resident individuals or entities who are current Owners and/or Primary Users of Generac PWRcell Systems purchased in the United States before 2026-01-09 may qualify. Owners or Primary Users of systems provided through U.S. Department of Energy grants, among other listed exclusions, are excluded.
Submit the official Claim Form online through the claims portal or print and mail it to the Generac PWRcell Settlement Administrator at P.O. Box 1628, Baton Rouge, LA 70821. The deadline was 2026-08-24 at 11:59 p.m. CDT.

- Eligible claimants may receive a pro-rata share of the $15,000,000 settlement fund. Claimants with satisfactory evidence of SnapRS-related out-of-pocket losses may receive reimbursement for all or part of those losses, and claimants with satisfactory evidence of SnapRS-related energy-generation losses lasting two or more months may receive additional compensation. Certain class members also receive warranty changes, and all class members receive educational materials about SnapRS-related failure
