Former Ohio State University students and athletes allege that the university failed to protect them from sexual abuse by campus physician Richard Strauss during required physical examinations. Thirty former football players joined the class action, and as of April 15 the university was still facing five active lawsuits in the Southern District of Ohio from 236 men; the university had separately settled claims with 317 survivors for more than $61 million.
