More than 60 lawsuits brought by cities, counties, and other fire-truck purchasers allege that REV Group, Oshkosh Corp., Rosenbauer America, and the Fire Apparatus Manufacturers' Association conspired to restrict supply and raise fire-apparatus prices. The cases are being consolidated in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the litigation is ongoing.
