U.S. residents whose telephone number was on the National Do-Not-Call Registry for at least 30 days and received more than one O'Reilly-related text within a 12-month period after the number was reassigned to them, during April 15, 2021 through June 29, 2026. A claim may be denied if the claimant made an online or in-store O'Reilly purchase during the 18 months before receiving the texts.

Submit a completed claim form online using the Claim ID from the notice, or mail the completed form to Bryan v. O'Reilly Automotive, Inc. c/o Kroll Settlement Administration LLC, P.O. Box 225391, New York, NY 10150-5391. Online claims are due by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on September 28, 2026; mailed claims must be postmarked by that date.
